What changes when someone finally believes they're employable? Ask Sphiwe.

A year ago she was stuck: no skills she trusted, no job, and bills that kept climbing. WORK 4 A LIVING gave her more than training. They gave her a CV that gets read, interview skills that land, and a mindset that let her see herself differently.

She carried that mindset into every clinic and pharmacy in her area until Tikolo Health Care gave her a chance. Now she greets patients, helps them find the right products, manages stock, and has earned the trust of the doctors she works alongside. Patients ask for her by name.
