*Fukuza Community Forum*

Subject: Immediate Expulsion of Office Bearers

In terms of the powers vested in me as President General of the Fukuza Community Forum, and in accordance with the constitution and code of conduct of the organization, I hereby announce the immediate expulsion of the following office bearers, effective immediately:

1. *Secretary General* Vutlhari Baloyi
2. *National Chairperson* Katekani Rodney Magweda Mavona
3. *Spokespersons* Relation Seabela Biko Signal

*Grounds for expulsion:*
Both individuals have failed to execute their constitutional duties and responsibilities assigned to their offices. Their continued inability to perform has compromised the operations, credibility, and objectives of the Fukuza Community Forum. Multiple attempts to address these failures internally have not yielded corrective action.

As President General, I am mandated to protect the integrity of the organization and ensure accountable leadership. Therefore, both the Secretary General and National Chairperson are relieved of all duties, rights, and privileges associated with their positions with immediate effect. They must hand over all organizational property, documents, and access within 7 days.

The Forum appointed the following interim leadership.

Chairperson:

Secretary General:
👉 Miyelani "Mickza" Ndlovu

Treasurer Lucky:
👉"Mribo" Mushwana Cde Lucky Mushwana Mribo
