🐾😊 Look who came to visit us at Juana Maria Frail Aged Home today! 😊🐾

Audrey Goldschagg brought her adorable Chihuahua children, and they spent some special time with our residents in the lounge. The residents loved cuddling and playing with the little pups, filling the day with joy and wagging tails! 🐶Are they not the Cutest!!💖

It’s always heartwarming to have furry friends brighten our day. Thank you, Audrey, for sharing these precious moments with us! 🥰🐕✨

🌟 Friday Lounge Activities at Juana Maria Frail Aged Home! 🌟

This morning, our lounge was filled with cheerful energy! Our wonderful knitting group enjoyed some quality time together, sharing laughs and creativity as they crafted beautiful pieces. 🧶

Special birthday wishes go out to Dee Henderson, who will be celebrating her special day this Sunday! Dee kindly shared some lovely treats with everyone, making the morning even more delightful. 🎂🎁

Meanwhile, Mrs. Potgieter and Mrs. Sonia Mentz had a great time playing Rummikub, bringing out their strategic skills. Many other residents also visited, sat comfortably in the lounge, and enjoyed the warm, friendly atmosphere.

It’s always a joy to see our community come together and make beautiful memories. 💖

Our monthly residents’ braai is always a wonderful opportunity to enjoy good food, fresh air, laughter, and each other’s company. There’s nothing quite like gathering around a braai and sharing special moments together! 🥰

🌸🎂 A SPRING DAY BIRTHDAY CELEBRATION!🎂🌸

What could be more beautiful than celebrating your birthday on the very first day of Spring? 🌷☀️

Yesterday, one of our lovely cottage residents, Cathy Kruger, celebrated her birthday surrounded by love, friendship and plenty of Spring Day cheer! 💕🎉

Cathy was truly showered with love by her friends and neighbours on her special day. From warm wishes and thoughtful gestures to smiles, laughter and wonderful company, it was a beautiful reminder of just how special the friendships within our cottage community are. 🌸❤️

Birthdays are about so much more than another year — they are about celebrating a life, cherished friendships, shared memories and the people who make every day a little brighter. 🥰

🌸🌿SPRING IS IN THE AIR AT JUANA MARIA!🌿🌸
Spring has arrived at Juana Maria Frail Aged Home, and our beautiful garden is certainly showing off! 🌺🌷🌱 The flowers are blooming, the garden is bursting with new life, and there is a wonderful feeling of joy in the air.
Some of our residents took the opportunity to enjoy a little Spring Day celebration in the garden yesterday with some delicious biscuits, lots of smiles, and a whole lot of fun! 🫧😊
With the help of some of our wonderful staff, residents joyfully blew soap bubbles into the sunshine, creating a magical afternoon filled with laughter, simple pleasures and happy memories. 💕🫧
And when Ken Saunders saw the fun unfolding, he jumped into action and captured these beautiful, joyful moments on camera! 📸❤️ Thank you, Ken, for helping us preserve these special memories.
Sometimes it’s the simplest moments that bring the greatest joy — a beautiful garden, a sweet treat, bubbles floating through the air, and good company. 🌸❤️

Today, Juana Maria Frail Aged Home celebrated our incredible front office ladies, Sonja Fourie & Els Adendorff, accompanied by our dedicated Administrator & GM, Sanet McChlery. They were treated to a lovely breakfast to show our appreciation for all the hard work they do behind the scenes every day.

A huge thank you to Jabu & Platrand Lodge for hosting our Office ladies and helping make this day extra special! 💖
