Help A HAND Foundation is about changing lives through sport and fitness in schools, creating opportunities for those with disabilities, corporate sport, helping orphanages as well as developing communities. The aim of this project is to produce competitive athletes that will be able to take part in local, provincial and national level competitions. The project wants to give back hope and life to

the youth which is so consumed with substance abuse and crime. The improvement of life skills, mental fitness, team work and discipline to our children and community as a whole is very important. In so doing, the characters of many will be improved and many will be motivated to make a name for themselves especially those coming from disadvantaged families. With this project we will be working closely with orphans and those who are affected by HIV and AIDS and Cancer by empowering them through sports and fitness. With more support we will be able to help struggling families of the participants with groceries, school uniform, medical assistant and other needs our finances will allow us to help with. We also plan to have a study budget for matriculants who want to further their studies.
