Today we at Youth Clouds of Heaven would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Adrian Cupido for taking the time to interview Sister Elmary Cloete as part of his research for the University of the Western Cape on urban gardens and food systems. We truly appreciate the interest shown in the work being done within our community.
We also give all honor and glory to the Almighty God for protecting our community garden during the recent storm that caused so much damage across South Africa. By His grace, our garden was saved, and we remain thankful for His mercy and provision.
It was also a privilege to introduce Adrian to the new principal of Scottsdene High-Nulli Secundus High School, Mr Magerman. We had a positive discussion about how we can involve and uplift the youth through this initiative. Thank you, Mr Magerman, for your willingness to engage with us. We look forward to meeting with the Governing Body to present our proposal and work together to build a brighter future for our youth, with God on our side.

Today we as Youth Clouds of Heaven would like to say a sincere thank you to Ngcokoto General Trade Contract and their contract workers for assisting our Organization at Scottsdene High – Nulli Secundus High School. We truly appreciate the favor they did by helping with the bags so that the truck could come and collect them.
A special word of thanks to Joyce Mc Gowan for her leadership, teamwork, and support throughout the process. Your kindness and willingness to assist means a lot to us and our community.
We are also grateful to everyone who took the time to listen to the word of encouragement shared through our Lord Jesus Christ. May God continue to bless each one of you abundantly for your good hearts and willingness to serve others.

Today we received a message from Adrian Cupido, who is currently conducting quick interviews this afternoon for his Master’s research at the University of the Western Cape on urban gardens and food systems in Kraaifontein.
We are also blessed to have Sister Elmary, our volunteer for the past 4 years, visiting the garden again after going through many challenges over the past few months. Adrian will also interview her next week Tuesday.
We would like to say thank you to No Stop for referring Adrian to us. It is truly encouraging to see our youth taking interest in urban gardens and food systems, working towards a better and healthier future for our communities.

One cup of Fertilizer water

Today at Youth Clouds of Heaven, we celebrate the beautiful growth of our plants—both in the greenhouse and those nurtured in our garage. With care and dedication, our small plants are being fed with fertilizer to ensure they grow into healthy, strong vegetables that will bless many.
We also want to give thanks to the Most High God for the rain we’ve received over the past few days. In those moments, we prayed, trusted, and believed that a fruitful harvest is on its way. 🌧️🙏
To all our partners and volunteers, we truly appreciate your continuous love, support, and contribution. You are part of this journey and this vision.
To God be all the glory 🙌

Today, Youth Clouds of Heaven had the privilege of reaching out once again at our Community Health Centre in Kraaifontein.
Our mission remains clear: not only to serve food for the stomach, but also food for the soul. ❤️
We are truly grateful to our amazing donors who make this work possible—especially Jazmine and her team, as well as Mr Joë, pre-owner of Dias Fisheries. Your generosity continues to touch lives in ways words cannot fully express.
A heartfelt thank you as well to our dedicated volunteers. Your selfless service, even after long days, shows the true meaning of compassion and love in action.
May God bless each and every one who plays a part in this journey. Together, we continue to make a difference—one meal, one prayer, one life at a time.

Today we would like to take a moment to appreciate the beautiful work happening in our Community Vegetable Garden – Youth Clouds of Heaven 🌱
Our volunteers continue to serve with willing hearts, giving their time, strength, and love to make a difference. Day by day, we witness how dedication brings growth — not only in our garden, but in our community.
It is truly amazing to see how fast the plants are growing. With care and consistency, each plant receives just one cup of fertilizer during its early stages — and imagine, we are nurturing over 700 plants! This is a true sign that when we work together and remain faithful, the harvest will come.
To all our partners and supporters, we say thank you from the bottom of our hearts. Your kindness and generosity make this work possible. May Almighty God continue to bless you abundantly for every seed you have sown into this vision 🙏

🌧️✨ Kraaifontein Youth Development & Empowerment Programme ✨🌧️
Today, despite the rainy weather, hope was ignited in the hearts of our young people at the Kraaifontein Youth Development & Empowerment Programme, hosted by the City of Cape Town at Eikendal Kraaifontein Library.
We as Youth Clouds of Heaven would like to extend our sincere gratitude to the organiser, Mr Manwabisi Booi, and the presenter, Mr Whayne Johnson, for investing in the future of our youth and creating a platform for growth, learning, and opportunity. 🙏
It was truly inspiring to see our unemployed youth arrive early, eager and willing to participate. Many have faced disappointment and have lost hope after submitting countless CVs, but today reminded them that their future still holds promise.
We also appreciate the opportunity given to stakeholders, pastors, and organisations to engage and work together — because collaboration is the key to real change. 🤝
Today, the City of Cape Town — Isixeko SaseKapa | Stad Kaapstad — restored hope. As shared during the session, “We will make it work” — words that brought encouragement and a renewed sense of purpose.
Our youth are our future, and together we can build a better tomorrow. 🌱
