Friday after lunch is Ballet class at the Immanuel Hope Center in the Oupad location.
It is a safe and quiet space for the children. Ballet helps to foster coordination for the children but also strength, confidence, relaxation, memory.. And so much more! The children are looking forward to this class every week!
