KidZAid KidZAid is a Trust, committed to raising funds to assist vulnerable children. This can only be achieved with proper feeding, shelter, education and nurture.

We believe that every child whose life has been touched by AIDS deserves to be brought up with a sense of self-worth. We are committed to channelling resources through reputable initiatives to assist as many of these children as possible to become worthwhile members of society. Committee:

Some donation updates from March! 🎉

Slide 1: Fun bunnies filled with Easter treats distributed to the KidZAid Crèches this Easter thanks to the kind generosity of the Kloof Methodist Church WA. 🐰

Slide 2: Thanks to Celtico, Kloof, KidZAid received a bountiful box of baby clothes. It was given to one of our beneficiaries, the 1000 Hills Community Helpers baby clinic. 🐣

Greetings from KidZAid! The year has started off well for us, with some monetary contributions towards food for the Crèches as well as this donation of blankets and enough knitted teddy bears to hold a picnic!

Additionally, the crèches supported by KidZAid needed book bags for each child to keep their pre-literacy books. The “Greenacres Angels” were approached and overnight donated 42 book bags, a floor rug and blankets for the Baby clinic.

We would like to thank sponsor Richard Gorven , who has sensitively filmed the KidZAid story, giving viewers a glimpse into the lives of these vulnerable children, as well as the hope their families have through KidZAid’s continued support.

Richard Gorven is a Creative Communicator based in Durban, South Africa. He has a passion for communication - be it through film, video editing, lecturing, writing, music as well as working with young people as a mentor. For over ten years Richard has worked extensively with Non Profits, Churches, Corporates and Music Groups. Currently he serves as the Creative Director of Trulife, an NPO aimed to help school goers make Brave Choices that Lead to Better futures, as well as running a freelance business.

Come watch The Absolute 80’s Show at Barnyard Suncoast on 28 September 2025 🕺🏻🪩🎉 Proceeds go to KidZAid Trust, an interdenominational Trust committed to raising funds to assist vulnerable children through education, nurture, feeding and shelter. KidZAid supports 6 crèches and baby clinics and feeds over 130 children everyday.

End of July News! An anonymous donor offered KidZAid a jungle gym for the KwaNdengenzi Crèche after joining KidZAid on a beneficiary visit before Easter.
It was finally installed just before the July holidays. Now every day is a wonderful adventure for the children, playing on their own jungle gym. 🛝✨
