Bokamosho le Phatsimo - PLBMC Primary Level Business Master Class

As much as we teach children, we must add balance by doing something fun as well. To get them to relax for a bit we played a game.

This particular game was a memory game which required them to remember the names of their fellow classmates and also introduce themselves with the use of a beat. It was interactive because they were not only required to remember the names of the children next to them but also randomly. Fun was had and even the facilitators took part in playing the game. ๐Ÿ˜‚

These children have crept themselves into our hearts and we will make sure that they leave this program as different people than when they started. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿฟโค๏ธ

Waking up in the morning can be a drag, but these kids give us that motivation to actually get up and continue working. It warms our hearts even more to find them at the venue early in the morning, ready to work. The eagerness that they have is inspiring and a constant reminder that what we do is for a greater good and not just ourselves.

It has been a month of being in this programme and we can already see a difference in the behaviours of these children. Their social skills are broadening and so is their inquisitive side. They are not just learning but also engaging with everything. We as the team of Bokamosho le Phatsimo - PLBMC are very proud of the impact that this program has had so far and we are looking forward to seeing more growth.

The Primary Level Business Master Class has been up and running for three weeks and it has been an amazing and exhilarating experience for both the facilitators ร nd the learners involved in the program. A lot of work has went into the preparation of this program and we are already seeing a difference on how it is impacting the children involved.

The enthusiasm and tenacity that these kids is a constant reminder of what objectives we have and ensuring that they are all met.

The Primary Level Business Master Class is a project that is inspired by the company Bokamosho le Phatsimo - PLBMC. It is a product of the great minds of its founders who go by the names of Lesedi Mahuse, Refilwe Senyatso and Kgomotso Beleng, who were born and raised in Kimberley. All three of them being ambiverted individuals who take it upon themselves to be inspiring to themselves as well as other individuals who are keen on learning and improving their state of living.

Lesedi Mahuse is a 23 years old young lady who is an optimist and finds interest in the arts sector and what it has to offer, sometimes what she has to make of it. She is a performing poet, writer, musician and a presenter by talent, skills and techniques. She is also a thought provoking inspirational master of ceremonies (MC) and an informative public speaker. Last but not least she is a model who is currently holding the title of Miss Heritage First Princess Northern Cape and also awaiting completion in her studying in Bachelor in Business Management.

Refilwe Senyatso is a 20 years old young lady who is inquisitive and constantly learning on new ways of being innovative. She goes by the motto that nothing is impossible until it is done and that keeps her on her toes. She is a visual artist who specializes in drawing and painting, but not excluding the fact that she is also able to sculpt amongst other visual art related aspects. She is also a musician, writer, poet and a photographer who is also currently studying for a Bachelor of Commerce in Law.

Kgomotso Beleng is a 22 years old young lady who is passionate about design. She goes by the name of Madam Beast which is inspired by what most of her friends call her, a gentle beast because of her height and physical appearance, an Madam because of her feminine nature. The name represents her brand which is Madam Beast Couture. She is a quiet person naturally but her designs will always be talking.

The idea came from seeing the demand in schools, particularly local primary schools. The three individuals saw it fit to bring about an establishment that would be life changing to the learners in both their personal and academic lives. The core principle of the program entails being disciplined, responsible, have humanity and being able to handle business professionally. The founders of the program had an observation which showed how disruptive children tend to be when influenced by bad company. One of the aims of the program is to ensure that they stay away from any negative spaces and learn business etiquette and elegance through everything that they do in their lives including how they treat their academics. This is a platform to learn responsibility and accountability from a young age.

โ€œThe most underrated tool of persuasion is curiosity. A natural response to disagreement is to attack what people think. A more inviting alternative is to be genuinely fascinated by how they think. Curiosity is contagious. When advocacy closes minds, inquiry can open them.โ€
