🥹❤️ THIS IS WHY WE STARTED THIS JOURNEY!

At Care givers Support Center, we understand that some women and children find themselves in situations where they are vulnerable, unsafe and at risk.

Although we do not operate our own shelter, we help find ways to connect vulnerable women and children with safe accommodation by working with other organisations. 🤝❤️

Recently, we assisted a young woman who had experienced the trauma of r**e to find a home where she could feel safe, be happy and continue preparing for her matric examinations.
Receiving her message today, knowing that she is happy and preparing for her exams, reminded me why we started this journey. 😭🙏

Sometimes, making a difference means connecting someone to the right people, opening a door or helping them find a safe place when they need it most.

We may not have all the resources, but we continue to do what we can with what we have.
We are not doing this alone. Through partnerships and collaboration, we can reach people who need help. ❤️

This is the vision behind Care givers Support Center: to support, connect, empower and help restore hope in our communities.
May God continue to guide us and bring the right people and resources our way.

IMPORTANT NOTICE – CARE GIVERS SUPPORT CENTER

Dear community,

Due to the high cost of fuel and the financial challenges it brings to our organisation, we will be adjusting our operating days for personal appointments.

Effective Monday, 12 October 2026, our office will be open for personal appointments on:
Mondays and Wednesdays only
08:30– 14:00

We kindly ask for your understanding and patience as we navigate these challenges while continuing to serve our community.
As a community-based organisation operating with limited resources, we are doing our best to ensure that we continue making a difference despite the rising costs.

As an NPO, the increase in fuel costs will have a huge impact on our work.

We currently use our own personal funds to travel for home visits, school sessions, referrals, meetings and getting to our office. Every kilometre comes with a cost, but we continue because the people we serve need us.

We are a small organisation with limited resources, and we do not charge the community for many of the services we provide.

This is why support matters. Even a small donation can help us put fuel in the car and continue reaching the communities that need our support.

Our girls had a beautiful opportunity to learn from a professional nurse about the menstrual cycle.

She gave them time to ask questions and learn more in a safe and comfortable space.

Some are already experiencing these changes, while others are still waiting.🙏🏽❤️

3 October 2026, a day to be remembered.

A beautiful day filled with love, prayers, learning, laughter and meaningful connections. Our Mom & Daughter Bonding Session was more than just an event; it was a moment of growth, healing and togetherness.

COUNTING DOWN!

Next weekend we gather for a beautiful Godly Mom & Daughter Bonding Session. 🙏🏽

I honestly can’t wait to sit with other mothers, share parenting tips, learn from one another, and talk about the beautiful ,and sometimes challenging, journey of raising our daughters.

Our goal is simple: to encourage mothers to become a safe space for their daughters, strengthen our bonds, and build relationships filled with love, understanding, communication and faith. 💕

We are counting the days!
Mom + Daughter + God + Love = A beautiful foundation. 🙏🏽

I’m looking forward to every conversation, every lesson, every laugh and every special moment we will share together.

7 MONTHS OF PURPOSE, IMPACT & GROWTH

Eight months ago, we started operating from our office, not knowing how far this journey would take us. Today, we look back and realise that we have already accomplished so much.

From supporting our community and working with schools to creating awareness, supporting children and families, and now preparing to host our upcoming event, we are witnessing the growth of something that started with a vision.

What makes this journey even more special is being recognised by individuals and organisations who see the work we are doing.
We may still be growing, but every step reminds us that small beginnings can create meaningful change.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, believed in, and walked this journey with us.
