Leadership Training Programme Participation Report
June 2026
Ambassadors of Change (AoC) is proud to announce its participation in the City of Cape Town Leadership Training Programme, which took place from 05 June to 07 June 2026.
As part of our ongoing commitment to youth development and leadership empowerment, AoC nominated and supported two representatives to attend the three-day training programme. The training provided participants with valuable knowledge, practical leadership skills, and opportunities to engage with young leaders from different communities across the city.
The programme focused on key leadership competencies, including communication, teamwork, decision-making, problem-solving, and personal development. Through interactive sessions, group discussions, and practical exercises, participants were equipped with tools to become more effective leaders within their communities and organisations.

One of the Ambassadors of Change delegates shared the following reflection:
