A day well spent in the bush πŸŒΏβœ¨πŸŒ„

We set off early this morning to the Eastern section of the reserve to take part in a game count. These counts play an important role in conservation, helping our wildlife team monitor populations and collect valuable data on the different species that call the reserve home πŸ’›β›°οΈπŸ¦

After a productive morning, we enjoyed a traditional bush braai and great company surrounded by nature. πŸ¦‹πŸŒž

We also identified some hippo tracks and dung, looked at some lion tracks and enjoyed a milky cup of hot chocolate 🍫

A great day was spent contributing to conservation, learning about the reserve and making memories. 🌍

Our volunteers recently took part in telemetry tracking, following radio signals in search of a cheetah on the reserve. This hands-on experience provides valuable insight into the science behind wildlife monitoring and the important role it plays in conservation management.

A memorable day spent learning, tracking, and contributing to the protection of one of Africa's most iconic predators. ✨🌿

Busy hands and hearts invested in conservation πŸŒβš’οΈ

Our volunteers have been spending some of their days tackling soil erosion control, helping to protect the landscape. Restoring damaged areas and strengthening the land makes a difference!

Conservation starts from the ground up!
