ELCSA - Development Service ELCSA- Development Service is the Development arm of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in Southern Africa. Our work is inspired by God's love and compassion.

ELCSA-DS was registered in 1997, under Section 21 of the Company Act of South Africa as a non-profit Organisation. Projects are in the sectors of HIV and AIDS, agriculture, food security, water and sanitation, income generation, entrepreneurial training, stop human trafficking campaigns, Action against GBV, cultural diversity as well as disaster response, relief and rehabilitation. Our core busine

ss involves the facilitation of both rural and urban community development programmes, the provision of material and technical support to our project beneficiaries, empowerment and capacity building, resource mobilisation and management.
