The Legal challenge to mass retrenchment at Sodecia is loaming. The road leads to Labour Court, our attorney dispatched letter of demand to Sodecia (one of Ford main Supplier)

35 workers were retrenched without following fair process.

We shall battle this out in Court

JAWSA successfully secured a victory for workers at ATD Alliance, reaching a settlement agreement that provides an additional R15 per day increase to the current transport allowance.
