Responsibility: Program Coordinator – KeMoja Program
Organization: Tsohang Youth Project
Tsohang Youth Project is inviting applications from committed and passionate individuals within the organization to apply for the position of Program Coordinator for the KeMoja Program.
Purpose of the Role:
The Program Coordinator will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and monitoring of the KeMoja Program. The role focuses on ensuring effective delivery of program activities aimed at empowering young people and promoting positive lifestyle choices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily program activities
- Support facilitators and volunteers within the KeMoja Program
- Ensure program targets and objectives are met
- Compile reports and maintain accurate program records
- Engage with stakeholders, schools, and community partners
- Monitor and evaluate program impact and progress
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be a current member/volunteer within Tsohang Youth Project
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with youth and community programs (advantageous)
- Basic administrative and reporting skills - Age: 18 - 34
