ASAPA STATEMENT | 📃

To the archaeological community:

Two hominin fossils have been transported aboard the recent 3rd Virgin Galactic commercial space flight. This event has generated widespread interest and discussions within our community and beyond.

ASAPA recognises the need to address this.
You can read our statement regarding this matter below.

Your feedback and insights are invaluable to us, and we encourage you to participate in the ongoing discourse around this issue. We believe that by coming together as a community, we can ensure the responsible handling of our shared archaeological heritage.
