50/50 Cup Gender Equality,Women & Children Emancipation and Empowerment The Official 50/50 Cup is a 7 aside soccer tournament which aims to embrace women and children empowerment and emancipation.

The Official 50/50 Cup is a soccer tournament which aims to embrace women and children empowerment and emancipation. It’s a 7 aside game which each team has to field four(4) females and three(3) males. Each team is allowed to have only three(3) substitutes/reserves which means the team is composed of ten(10) players. Each game will be played on half ground. Only ladies are allowed to score or get

inside the arc near the goal post that will be marked. The game takes 20minutes, meaning 10minutes each half. The teams are put in group stages and whichever team finishes first in its group will advance to the semi-finals. Families, companies, friends or any association can form a team and register to be able to participate in this fun filled event. The winner is given a trophy and medals as well as runners up and two free kits for the final. The event starts 8am till late and people are allowed to come with their picnic food and drinks of any kind for free till 8pm then a fee has to be paid for them. There is entrance fee for the event. Dj’s will graze the event and a couple of artists. Registration fee is R300 for each team or R1500 which includes registration fee and soccer kit for the event. Only 16 teams are going to be participating at this event, so register now.
