Today we honor August 9, *South Africa’s National Women’s Day🇿🇦🫶🏼👑.* It’s a tribute to the 20,000 women who marched to the Union Buildings in 1956, standing tall against injustice with courage, unity and quiet strength. Their footsteps still echo in every woman who leads at work, raises a family, starts a business, studies late and shows up for her community.

_“Wathint’ abafazi, wathint’ imbhokodo!”_
*You strike a woman, you strike a rock.*

Women’s Day isn’t just about remembering history. It’s about celebrating the women around us right now mothers, sisters, friends, mentors and the woman in the mirror who carry resilience every single day. May we continue to lift each other, protect each other’s dreams, and create spaces where every girl knows she belongs. To all the women your voice matters, your work matters, you matter! *Happy Women’s Day🌸🫂🛐*

Remember Me

The Developmental musical concert was implemented in order to sustain and promote growth within the choir members. Through it we were able to develop soloists and duets that were able to portray their understanding of music individually. We are in a process of building and ensuring that independently they will learn music and be able to perform on their own vocally within smaller stages to bigger stages with larger audiences.

Mother’s Day with Soweto Suoni Corali sounded like:
“Soprano!”
“Altos!”
“Tenors!”
“Basses!”
…and every note hit beautifully 💐🎶
