FROM UNEMPLOYMENT TO NEW HOPE

At HopeRise Community Development Foundation, we are proud to share inspiring stories that reflect the impact of our programmes.

One of our participants, Thabo Ndlovu (pseudonym used for privacy protection), joined our skills development programme facing long-term unemployment and uncertainty about his future. Through our employment readiness and digital literacy training, Thabo developed practical skills including CV writing, communication, and interview preparation.

With guidance and support from our facilitators, he gained confidence, improved his job-seeking skills, and actively applied for employment opportunities.

We are proud to announce that Thabo has successfully secured a position as an administrative assistant at a local logistics company.

💬 “The programme gave me the tools and belief that I can build a better life for myself.”

This journey reflects our mission to empower adults through skills development, opportunity, and hope.

🌱 Every success story reminds us why we do what we do.
