Today, the national spokesperson of COSAS cde Bongani Mpongose attended the meeting of the International Association of Children's Organizations (IACO Organizations) which included representatives from Belarus,Venezuela, India, Indonesia, Kyrgyzstan, Malaysia, and South Africa in Russia ,Moscow. This program serves to better the communication amongst the IACO associates. This program further fosters International cooperation, cross-cultural exchange and child diplomacy. This program is the core definition of why the Congress Of South African Students was formed and why it is important for youth to play a role in the growth of the economy of a country. We stand firm on our words that a country is nothing without its youth.

Today, the National Spokesperson of COSAS Cde Bongani Mpongose attended the first day of Meeting of the International Association of Children's Organizations (IACO) as part of International Festival of Childhood and Youth Festival of the First Movement, along with the former Secretary General of the ANC Youth League, and Cde Owami Kozi as part of our delagation to Russia, Moscow from the 30th May to the 3rd June.

The Congress of South African student’s Congratulates its President General Cde Kamogelo Nkosi on successfully completing an academic and leadership programme organised by Peking University in Beijing, China.

The programme comprises English-taught courses covering a broad range of topics on China, including governance, the political system, the economy, diplomacy, history, as well as engagements with government agencies, enterprises, and local cities.

It provided a valuable opportunity to gain deeper insights into Chinese modernisation,particularly best practices and decision making processes related to inclusive social development, service delivery, and effective governance.
