Classroom buddies organisation Classroom Buddies Organisation (CBO) is a registered Non-Profit Organisation. CBO is a register NPO (181-064 NPO) that mentors grade 10, 11 and 12 learners.

The focus of the organisation is based on mentoring and tutoring Grade 9, 10, 11 and 12 high school learners from disadvantaged schools with limited resources. We empower them in order to do well academically

What happens when women invest in themselves, take up space and choose to build not only for themselves, but for those coming after them?

Meet Silindile Mncube, CEO and Co-founder of The Speaking Academy and an experienced leader with a decade-long career in sales, leadership and business.

From her professional journey to her involvement in JCI and her work as an assessor and moderator, Slindile's story is a powerful reminder that leadership is not simply about the position you hold, it is about the value you create and the people you inspire along the way.

At Empower the Future Women she will lead the conversation on Building Resilient Economies: Women in Leadership & the Workplace exploring the role women play in shaping workplaces, economies and opportunities for the future.
