Good day Friends, We are Planning on hosting our first and official Fund-raising Family Day event, which will be hosted on annual basis themed; Soweto Cheshire Home “Walk, Run and Wheel for a Good Cause”.

The details of the event are as follows:

The Fund-raising Family Day Event will be divided into three categories namely;

•A 7 km Walk, Run and Wheel: Able body and people with disabilities will be taking part in the race.

•Exhibition: Stalls will be set up in and around the venue, where small business and corporates can advertise their businesses, products and services.

•Music Festival: A stage at Mofolo grounds will be set up for entertainment/ live performances. Performances will be by some of South Africa's known artists and the up and coming artists within the community.

Proposed Date: Sunday, 2nd December 2012.
Proposed Time: 06h30 - 10h00(estimated time for Walk)
06h30 - 17h00(Mofolo Grounds-Proposed venue)

Estimated Participants : 250 including participants on wheel chairs
