With children who need eyeglasses, with seniors who don’t have enough to eat and with people we may never meet. Lions Clubs International came to South Africa in 1957 and the organisation has grown exponentially since then. There are now 4 Districts within this Multiple District which cover the countries of South Africa, Namibia, Swaziland and Lesotho. The numerous clubs around the country provide a vital lifeline for the many needy communities. Clubs are made up of dedicated members from all walks of life who give up their spare time to serve those in need.
