Meet the Change Makers: Legacy in Motion Camp 2026

We are excited to introduce the leadership team and speakers for the upcoming Legacy in Motion Camp, Under the theme , these individuals are ready to share practical insights to build and support the next generation.

*Portfolio Director: Youth and Mentorship – Tabisile Mapheleba*
Tabisile brings over 17 years of experience across finance, human capital development, and youth empowerment. She holds a degree in Financial Information Systems and an Honours Degree in Industrial & Organisational Psychology. She is also an accredited Facilitator and Skills Development Specialist. In her role as the Movers and Shakers Director, she focuses on building confidence and creating real opportunities for young women entrepreneurs.

*Featured Speaker – Coach Khanyi Sibeko*
Khanyisile Sibeko is an organisational behaviour specialist and transformational coach. She has more than 25 years of experience working across sectors like logistics, finance, mining, energy, telecommunications, and the public sector. The founder of Rough Diamonds, she holds a Master’s in Business Management and Executive Coaching from Wits, a Master’s Diploma in HR from UJ, and is a certified Prosci Change Practitioner. She specializes in guiding teams through structural changes and unlocking leadership potential.
