Building Empathy. Growing Leaders. Creating Upstanders. 💪🏽✨

Today in our Rich Learning Mentorship Programme for Champions, Session 2 focused on Building Empathy & Resilience: Understanding and Responding to Bullying.

And we didn’t just talk about it…
We moved. We acted. We shouted. We planned.

Through games like “Statue Freeze” and “Toss, Catch, Shout”, our boys explored:

🗣️ Bullying through WORDS
👊 Bullying through ACTIONS
🤐 Bullying through SILENCE

But we didn’t stop at identifying the problem.

We built a plan.

In rapid-fire huddles, they stepped into leadership and answered the real question:
“If I see bullying… what will I do?”

The room echoed with powerful responses:
“Tell a teacher!”
“Stand with him!”
“Don’t laugh!”
“Report it!”
“Be a friend!”

Because being a Champion isn’t about being tough.
It’s about having the courage to stand up for someone else.

We are not raising bystanders.
We are raising UPSTANDERS. 🔥

On 20 February 2026, we officially kicked off our first session of the year with the Rich Learning Mentorship Programme for Boys 🎉💙

Our Grade 7 boys dived into Strengths, Passions & Role Models through energetic activities, laughter, and meaningful discussions 🙌🏽🔥

From confidently declaring “I’m a leader!” to sharing role models like their dads, brothers, and even Siya Kolisi 🏉, the space was filled with boldness, pride, and inspiration 💫

And the powerful reminder?
The qualities they admire in others are already within them. 🔥

This is more than mentorship — it’s about nurturing self-belief, character, and the next generation of confident young leaders 🌍👑
