Good morning, Woodlands Toastmasters family, friends, visitors, and especially our prospective members!
If you haven’t yet experienced one of our meetings, last night was a perfect example of why so many people fall in love with Toastmasters. ❤️
We had a fantastic turnout and a really uplifting evening. Ebenezer delivered an outstanding Ice Breaker speech — confident, heartfelt, and genuinely inspiring. It was a wonderful reminder of how quickly people grow in this supportive environment.👏🏻
We were also delighted to welcome four first-time visitors: Bella, David, Ngawethu, and Mwansa. A very warm Woodlands welcome to each of you — we’re so pleased you came! ☺️
Even our brand-new members stepped up beautifully: Danesh, Thandaku and Madilemo all took on roles for the very first time and did an excellent job. And yes — Madilemo made sure no one left empty-handed by handing out chocolates as our Active Listener. (She may have started a new tradition!) 🍫
These meetings are fun, encouraging, and full of growth — often in ways people don’t expect when they first walk through the door.
