Introducing our LeadFirst tribe
We believe a young person’s circumstances should not define their future.
Yet for many young people growing up in underserved communities, the opportunities available to them can be shaped by circumstances they have no say in.
At Columba Leadership, we see the potential that exists beyond those circumstances.
Through values-based leadership, young people can discover their voices, build confidence, choose differently and begin to imagine futures that once felt out of reach.
But that kind of change does not happen overnight. Leadership is a journey, not a moment.
That is why we are launching LeadFirst, a monthly giving tribe developed through BackaBuddy.
LeadFirst is about coming together to provide sustained monthly support for young people on their leadership journeys, creating opportunities for them to develop as leaders and begin creating a ripple of change in their schools, communities and, ultimately, society.
