Going the extra mile is at the heart of how we support the people we work with. Across our arts and culture, TVET, Higher education and English programmes, we aim to create opportunities that extend beyond a single moment and contribute to long-term growth.

This Customer Service Week, we’re reflecting on one example through Creative DNA, our fashion incubator and business accelerator supporting emerging fashion designers across Africa.

Through the programme, ten talented African fashion creatives recently attended and showcased at Africa Fashion Week London 2026, taking their work from local runways to an international stage.

But it didn't end there.
By engaging with industry players, building their networks, and gaining exposure, these designers unlocked opportunities that can help shape the future of their creative careers. The opportunity wasn't just the runway showcase; it was the connections, market access and cultural exchange that followed.

This is real impact: enabling people to make the most of every opportunity and turn a moment of exposure into lasting growth.
