Avara Needs A Lifeline ❤️

When Avara was rescued, she was only 4 months old, already caring for four tiny kittens. While trying to keep her babies alive, she was battling starvation herself and was severely malnourished.

Today, Avara is safe and loved at Paws, but the effects of that hunger remain. She will eat and eat when food is available and often tries to save food for later.💔

Avara is looking for a Virtual Parent to help cover her ongoing care.

Last week we received the most wonderful surprise donation from the children and parents of Honeydew Estate, and we are so incredibly grateful.

Thank you for thinking of our 70+ special needs kitties and spoiling them with beds, toys, litter boxes, a carrier, and the most pawsome kitty couch! 🐱🛋️

The cats have already claimed their new treasures and are thoroughly enjoying all their new spoils.

Your kindness, generosity, and compassion mean so much to us and to the cats in our care. Every item helps us provide comfort, enrichment, and a better quality of life for our special residents.
