The Partnership for Social Accountability (PSA) Alliance is led by ActionAid together with PSAM, ESAFF, and SAfAIDS, and supported by the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation (SDC). The project builds the capacity of state officials and parliamentarians to more effectively manage public funds, and support civil society organisations, smallholder farmers and the media in holding leaders to
account. The project is operating at the regional (SADC) level and at national and district levels across Malawi, Mozambique, Tanzania, Zambia and Zimbabwe. In each of these countries, the partners are providing training on public resource management, support for critical social accountability monitoring and advocacy, and platforms for collaboration and learning.
