The Capital Sprint gives selected housing finance innovators the opportunity to prepare their investment proposition, pitch to an audience of investors and industry stakeholders, and build connections that could help take their work further.

Here’s how it works:

Submit your opportunity, the problem you are addressing, supporting market evidence and your investment ask.

02 | GET SELECTED
Applications are screened, with a fixed number of finalists selected.

03 | PREPARE
Selected finalists receive coaching, rehearsal and individual feedback to strengthen their pitch and investment ask.

04 | PITCH
Present your opportunity in a focused 7-minute pitch to investors and the conference audience in Lusaka.

05 | CONNECT
Engage with investors and industry stakeholders whose interests may align with your opportunity.

There are 10 award categories, spanning innovation, leadership, impact, technology, finance, investment, supply, climate resilience and housing market enablement.
