Our primary work involves running the flagship South African workplace equa

lity index (SAWEI) and developing resources for business leaders. Our purpose is to create a safe and equitable workplace for all regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity and expression by networking, educating, supporting, leading and celebrating.

Through our flagship benchmark, the South African Workplace Equality Index (SAWEI), we work with organisations to ensure policy becomes practice—driving environments where all women, including le***an, bisexual, transgender, q***r, and intersex women, can thrive and lead authentically.

We recognise the employers actively closing equity gaps, championing inclusive leadership, and creating workplaces where every woman belongs.
