Paradigm Shift is a non-profit organisation that works alongside churches like Shofar JHB to develop a more effective, sustainable way to reach the poor in their communities. We believe in empowerment rather than dependency and aim to move beyond giving handouts to creating lasting change in the lives of the poor. The program specifically targets micro-entrepreneurs and helps them grow their busin

esses beyond subsistence by providing them with: business training, discipleship, and mentorship. This specific Paradigm Shift chapter is hosted by Shofar Johannesburg church.
