P.I.O Protocol Implementation Organisation (P.I.O) is implementing the SADC protocols in corruption, wildlife conservation, gender and development.

The Southern African Development Community (SADC) has legally binding documents that all member states must implement in their domain countries. These generated documents advance the lives of SADC citizens in different forms. In order for the protocol to be effective, signification and ratification has to take place by two thirds of the SADC states. Majority of the 27 protocols have entered into e

ffect, however the last hurdle states faces with the implementation. Furthermost protocols establish implementation tools and mechanisms, yet still states do not implement. The Protocol Implementation Organisation has identified three protocols, which we will advocate for their implementation. These are:
 Protocol on Corruption 2001
 Protocol on Gender and Development 2008
 Protocol on Wildlife Conservation and Law Enforcement 1999
