Baobabes is a community based group of women. Our goal is simply to pool our resources and use our networks, whether they are corporate or through schools, families or friends, to raise funds, support or sponsorship for those in need. Built on the belief that we can make a difference, no matter how small, we hope to be able to alleviate some of the pressures we are faced with in our country, whether related to poverty, abuse, education, the homeless, or adults and children affected by HIV/AIDS.
