Our youth leaders, coaches, and graduates of the PoweredBy: FWI Coursework recently facilitated a Child Protection and Safeguarding training session for the newest members of the FWI family-our SSCN Project for Youth Volunteers.
These incredible young volunteers have already become an essential part of the Fight With Insight team, working tirelessly behind the scenes and assisting with the day to day operations that keep our organisation moving forward.
At Fight With Insight, safeguarding is not optional-it’s a core value. Every team member and volunteer who works with us and the children and young people in our programmes is required to complete Child Protection and Safeguarding training, ensuring they understand, uphold, and actively practice the principles that help keep our spaces safe, respectful, and empowering for all.
We’re proud to see our young leaders not only growing themselves but also leading and equipping the next generation of changemakers.
