🥂To our 2nd Annual Event, this year we had a Mental Health Walk Awareness on a very Rainy Day....

Today, we gathered to shine a light on mental health, to break down stigma, and to promote support and understanding.

Last year, we took the first step together, and today, we continue our journey towards a mentally healthier community.

Mental health affects us all, directly or indirectly. It's time to talk, to listen, and to act.

We remember those who struggle, those who have struggled, and those who have lost their battles. We honor their memory and their courage.

We celebrate the progress made, the voices raised, and the lives changed.

To those who Made Sure, this event is a success, Afrologevity, Rejuve AI,BLO, Rotara, Phakamisa ,Our Partners, Walkers, Sponsors, Volunteers, Traffic and Fire department , Thank you for your dedication and passion.

Together, let's:

1. Raise awareness about mental health
2. Promote early intervention and treatment
3. Support mental health education and research
4. Encourage self-care and mindfulness
5. Foster inclusivity and compassion

Today, we walk for:

Hope
Resilience
Support
Awareness
Action

Let's keep moving forward, together!
