We’re excited to share the highlights from our Ignite Venture Business Generator (IVBG) Celebration Event, celebrating the journeys, growth and impact of the entrepreneurs who have been part of the programme. 💛

Through the programme, 12 early-stage entrepreneurs from underserved township communities have contributed to the creation of over 100 sustainable jobs, a powerful reminder of what is possible when entrepreneurs are given the right support and opportunities. 🙌🏾

From humble beginnings to building a business that serves her community, Lebogang Mogoboya is proving that entrepreneurship can be both impactful and sustainable. ✨

As the founder of MamSonto Cleaning Supplies , Lebogang manufactures affordable, high-quality cleaning products that are trusted by households, schools, laundromats, and small businesses across Tzaneen and surrounding communities.

But her impact goes beyond cleaning products. Through bulk supply and private-labelling services, she is helping other entrepreneurs access professionally manufactured products and grow their own businesses.

With plans to introduce a refill-pump model that reduces plastic waste while improving affordability, Lebogang is building a business that puts people, community, and sustainability at the centre.

This Youth Day, we're celebrating young people who are creating the change they want to see in their communities.💚

Meet Happiness Mashabela, a Trailblazer from Thokampe Secondary School who turned concern into action by starting an anti-littering club at her school. Through her leadership, fellow learners are taking pride in their environment, proving that positive change starts with a single step and a willingness to act.

At enke, we believe young people already have the ideas, passion, and potential to transform their communities. Happiness is living proof of that. As we commemorate the courage of the youth of 1976, we are inspired by young leaders like Happiness who continue to make their mark, one action at a time.
