This group was started by the youth for the youth who have a vision in empowering themselves and others who are willing to make a difference within their community and themselves. South Hills is a multiracial poor community that consists of mainly youth that are unemployed. Because of poverty, many matriculates do not have access to further developmental opportunities, high school drop outs are on

the increase and drugs and alcoholism are prominent. In the core face of these challenges T.C.M.A would like to tackle these issues faced by the youth by having interactive platforms and forums where youth can participate in creative activities that will catapult them into becoming responsible and productive citizens.
