Join us at The Awakenings Centre for an inspiring morning dedicated to traditional Tai Chi and Qigong. World Tai Chi and Qigong Day 2026. We are grateful to have such dedicated students. It was a wonderful to see all the regulars as well as some new faces. Despite the rainy weather, we estimate that we had about 60 people participate throughout the day.
