A strategy session is important for Matla Life Foundation because it creates an opportunity for the organisation, its leadership, and key stakeholders to step back from day-to-day activities and agree on a clear direction for the future. In essence, our strategy session will help our foundation to move from implementing individual initiatives to building a coordinated, sustainable and measurable social-impact organisation. It will provide a shared roadmap for where the Foundation is going, how it will get there, and how it will demonstrate the difference it is making in the lives of the communities it serves.
