Bikkur Cholim and Camp Kesher Bikkur Cholim (The Jewish Society for Visiting the Sick) and Camp Kesher

Bikkur Cholim (The Jewish Society for Visiting the Sick) have a group of dedicated volunteers who go on a regular basis to visit various hospitals, clinics and nursing homes in the Johannesburg area. Camp Kesher is our camp that is held every December holiday in Lakeside, Cape Town, catering for Jewish children aged 8-17, who for financial, emotional or other reasons cannot or would rather not attend one of the other available camps

We can't believe that in 68 days we will be heading to our beautiful camp site with our incredible Channichim in Lakeside Cape Town.

Our Channichim had such a fun evening at Torah and Chill last night learning about Rosh Hashanah, they baked challahs, made gorgeous Rosh Hashanah cards for their families and of course ate apples dipped in honey after their delicious dinner.

Thank you to our incredible Madrichim who made this all possible.
