Young people are worth more than the "likes" on social media. Our Pastor Nomathandazo speaking to the young people - as a mother with a teen, she really understands the struggles that teenagers face as they transition into adulthood.

In a fun way to tackle bullying, low self esteem and lack of self love - we put participants in groups of five. They were asked to write their names on the paper provided and then give it to their friends. Their friends will then write one positive thing that they liked about the person.

Then we asked them to read aloud what their friends wrote about them. Some of the responses were;
- you are very cute
- I love your sneakers
- You have a clean cut
- You have a beautiful smile
- I love your dressing

We then asked them what they felt - and we know everyone was smiling.
