Dear Friends,

As Rosh Hashanah approaches, I find myself deeply moved — and honestly, blown away — by the extraordinary generosity and kindness our community has shown the families we serve through SOSA Medical.

Your generosity gives over 100 families something incredibly precious: the ability to access essential medical care with dignity, when they otherwise might not be able to.

At the same time, I want to share something from the heart. On a daily basis we hear from families who desperately need help to cover their basic medical aid — and one of the hardest parts of this work is knowing we simply cannot always help everyone who reaches out. We carry those families with us, and pray we could do more for them.

For now, please know how profoundly grateful we at SOSA are for what you have made possible. Thank you for believing that no family should have to face a medical need alone.
