Our Story

Bambelela Blades was established in 2016 as a club for adult figure skaters. We have since grown and are welcoming everyone, regardless of age, gender, race, religion, sexual orientation and ability to our club. We believe in good sportsmanship and our aim is to provide support and a positive atmosphere to our members while encouraging the enjoyment of the sport. We are looking forward to building a truly unique club that caters for everyone who loves figure skating: ● Young and old, ● Solo and synchro skaters, ● Competitive and recreational skaters, ● Coaches, and ● Parents

We are affiliated to SAFSA (South African Figure Skating Association). The R450 annual fee includes both membership in Bambelela Blades and SAFSA. For more information e-mail us on [email protected]
