Chartered Institute of Audit Governance Oversight Leadership Southern Africa -Professional Body is inviting all Audit Committee Members/Practitioners to its Annual Free On Line Seminar.

The objective is to provide members of the audit governance community of practice with deep insight and practical skills of the Audit Committee.

The seminar will unpack the critical aspect of audit committee practice in the public sector, benchmarked with national international best practice on the three domains: audit committee independent advisory , assurance and oversight roles.

Public audit committee practice involves independent advice, oversight, and assurance of an organization's planning (strategy) performance/service delivery plans.

The following will also be addressed:

committees are increasingly tasked with
