We’re proud to announce that Tracy Nkosi has been recognised as a finalist on SAICA’s Top 35 under 35 for 2025 list.
Tracy has been a mentor on our Youth Mentorship Programme since inception in 2021 and has made an immense contribution in the mentorship of over 100 aspiring accountants, the majority of whom were exposed to mentorship for the very first time.

We congratulate Tracy on this major recognition and look forward to her further contributions as we inspire change and enable the growth of more aspiring accountants.

On 30 September, we marked the close of cohort 6 of the Youth Mentorship Programme (YMP). 11 aspiring accountants were provided with the opportunity to be guided by experienced professionals over 6 months.

With the conclusion of Cohort 6, CMEF has reached over 100 aspiring accountants through its mentorship programme.

We would like to send a massive thank you to our mentors who give of their time to empower others, and our mentees for taking up the opportunity.

We wish all mentees the best for the future. As always, we also look forward to them paying forward the experience by assisting others who are in need.

On 20 August, we held a session on Personal Branding, in partnership with our sister entity The Growth Switch with Cyril.

We covered the basics of branding yourself for building a career and achieving your life vision.

Our mentees were reminded that they need to take charge of their personal brands before others do so.

Earlier this week, we held the third Meet The Mentor session with one of our long serving mentors Simphiwe Ndlovu where he shared the insightful story of his life and career journey.

The Meet The Mentor sessions serve as another learning avenue for our mentees, in addition to the one on one sessions with their allocated mentors during the mentorship programme.

Our mentees were empowered through life and career guidance provided during the session.

It's another way that we're inspiring change and enabling growth.

On 23 July, in collaboration with our sister entity The Growth Switch with Cyril, we held a session on Job Search and Interview Techniques where we shared with our mentees tried and tested methods to enhance one's chances of landing an interview for a job and tips for doing well in the interview.

The mentees were empowered with valuable knowledge and lessons that they can use as they look to kick start their careers.

Its one of ways that we're inspiring change and enabling growth.

On 9 July, we held the second Meet The Mentor session with one of our mentors Tracy Nkosi CA(SA) where she shared the inspirational story of her life and career journey.
These sessions serve as an additional learning avenue for our mentees, in addition to one on one sessions with the mentors that they've been paired up with over the 6 month period of the mentorship programme.

Our mentees were enriched by the knowledge and practical tips shared during the session.

As we enter the last two months of Cohort 6, we look forward to more sessions that inspire change in our mentees and enable their growth.
