This Men’s Mental Health Awareness Month,
we want every man to know this:

You do not always have to be “strong” in silence.
You are allowed to feel tired.
You are allowed to speak.
You are allowed to ask for help.

Too many men carry pressure quietly, providing, protecting, surviving, and suffering without support. Real strength is not pretending everything is okay. Real strength is facing life honestly and choosing not to struggle alone.

Check on your brothers.
Check on your fathers.
Check on your friends.
And men , check on yourselves too.

Your mental health matters.
Your voice matters.
Your life matters.

Our Corinthians Simo,Head of Training and Development at JBFA, attended a governance and standard operating procedures training module facilitated by Laureus.

The programme focused on the structures, systems, and governance principles required to build sustainable organisations with strong foundations for long-term growth.

Our 3 Corinthians and JBFA representatives Jack Msibi (Executive Director); Nikiwe Nyamande (Head: Operations), and Simo Noubissi attended the Laureus governance and SOP training✨. It was not just a workshop where they learnt practical tools to help elevate to the next level on governance, but it offered a space for anyone to say “I don’t know, I need help”

We are growing, moving forward, and the biggest take away from this whole training was that there is help, and together we can do great things.

Thank you to for this incredibly valuable incubation hub, Corinthians and JBFA will become better because of it.
