The youth of 1976 dared to raise their voices.

They fought for the right to learn, speak, and shape their own future. Today, a new generation is walking through the doors they fought to open - and they are doing it on their own terms.

While many young people are changing the world in boardrooms, classrooms, hospitals, and courtrooms, others are doing it behind cameras, on stages, through design, film, music, and the stories that shape our screens every day.

Yesterday, we gathered for "๐‘ฐ ๐‘ณ๐’๐’—๐’† ๐‘ป๐’‰๐’† ๐‘พ๐’๐’Ž๐’‚๐’ ๐‘ฐ ๐‘ญ๐’๐’“๐’ˆ๐’๐’• ๐‘ป๐’ ๐‘ฉ๐’†" and sat in a room filled with mothers, wives, daughters, sisters, caregivers, providers, professionals, businesswomen, nurturers, and builders.

But one question remained:
๐–๐ก๐จ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ฒ๐จ๐ฎ ๐ฐ๐ก๐ž๐ง ๐š๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐ญ๐ก๐จ๐ฌ๐ž ๐ซ๐จ๐ฅ๐ž๐ฌ ๐š๐ซ๐ž ๐ซ๐ž๐ฆ๐จ๐ฏ๐ž๐?

Because the truth is, those roles are not who you are.
They are the responsibilities you carry.
They are the spaces you occupy in other people's lives.
They are the ways you serve, love, lead, and contribute.

But they are not your identity.

For many women, life becomes a cycle of showing up for everyone else that they forget to show up for themselves, too. Their value becomes attached to what they do, who they care for, what they provide, and how much they sacrifice.

Yesterday reminded us that your worth was never meant to be measured by your usefulness.

You matter because you exist.

You matter even if your mother never said, "I love you."
You matter even if nobody noticed how hard you've been trying.
You matter even if your sacrifices went unseen.
You matter even if your children, your partner, your family, or your community forgot to say, "Thank you."

As women, we often wait for validation from the people around us. Yet some of the most powerful words a woman can hear come from another woman who sees her, believes in her, and reminds her of her worth.

So today, we leave you with this challenge:

Encourage another woman.

Tell her she is doing well.
Tell her you are proud of her.
Tell her she is capable.
Tell her she is seen.
Tell her she matters.

Because sometimes the words we are waiting to hear can be spoken by us.

To every woman who joined us yesterday, thank you for your courage, your honesty, and your willingness to show up for yourself.

At some point, many women begin losing parts of themselves quietly.
Between motherhood, careers, relationships, responsibilities, expectations, and constantly pouring into others, it becomes easy to forget the woman beneath all the roles.
