We joined hands with Salvation Foundation to bring blankets to kids this winter, and somewhere between the songs and the food, it felt like true joy.

“For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the Lord, “plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.” — Jeremiah 29:11

Every blanket handed out is a small reminder to a child that they’re not forgotten — that someone is thinking about their future, their warmth, their hope.

Thank you to Ryan Ellapan for allowing us to be apart of this. This is what community looks like.

There’s something deeply moving about watching warmth move from one hand to another. Today marks the beginning of our Warm Winter Meals project, and our hearts are full.

We started with the beautiful community at Annie Burger Retirement Village — sharing not just a hot meal, but moments of connection, laughter, and the simple reminder that they are seen, valued, and loved.

In the quiet of winter, even small acts carry weight. A warm bowl. A kind word. A little less cold to carry. This is only the beginning of our project — one meal, one heart, one community at a time.
