Our mission is clear, take the current picture of Gugulethu and turn it into a beautiful city. That is what we do and what we are working towards. When the empowerment company is a part of the JSE.

With God's help, we aim to restore dignity and hope and put in place systems that will eradicate inequality especially in underserved areas.

JOIN OUR CLUB AND OWN A PART OF DIEPKLOOF ON A BANK SECURED PLATFORM

As we now are preparing to list a company that converts areas like Diepkloof Hostel into a beautiful real estate development. Equity Club members are reminded of our strategy of owning the businesses that supply our daily needs whilst doing good in our communities.

The bank will manage the money and contractors will work with communities and create jobs.

Club members are reminded that when we referred to Lifestyle Mini Complex you own Grocery store, Butchery and Fruit and vegetables and some complexes will have apartments, we meant a similar structure as Diepkloof Hostel.

We have corporate partners onboard who will supply the bricks, steel, tiling, glass and construction company. We have the bank that will work with the community and implement assisting the Foundation that provides the social license.

This means we share in profits from the apartments and the commercial businesses operating here.

The listed company on the JSE will be targeting all areas where we see a viable opportunity. We were delayed because we had to get the structure right.

Follow us for more updates as we start the project over building a New project fully funded by club members protected by banking partners.
